In my work as a coach, I combine my knowledge and experience as a health coach and Mastery Life Coach to help women obtain positive self-image and emotional well-being, as well as lose weight. By thoroughly healing underlying issues, clients can effectively manifest the lifestyle they want with lasting results.
Finding Freedom is the program I created based on years of studying how emotions affect eating, what triggers bingeing, and why it’s hard for people to stop when they want to. I also studied the habits and beliefs that people who do eat well share. I applied some of my knowledge of what makes humans tick to the topic of food, and soon discovered a pattern in how humanity and food mix. Women often blame themselves for lacking self-control or for not being able to stick to a program when these things are actually unrealistic because human nature doesn’t allow it! This information brings tremendous relief, and subsequently, the ability to find success.
In this program, I teach women about breaking bad habits and building good habits, and share additional knowlege that will help them set themselves up for success.
I also teach women to listen to their inner cues and use their freedom to choose so they feel empowered when faced with food, instead of like a victim of rules and regulations that are impossible to implement.
Participants also learn to combat stress or heal past trauma in order to achieve the emotional equilibrium they’re seeking. This, in turn, helps them break the habit of turning to food to soothe their emotions. Working from the bottom up eliminates the reasons that cause women to overeat, which leads to permanent change.

When we start looking outward for advice on how to eat, we end up hearing a lot of information and lose confidence in our own sound judgment. By letting go of the negative programming and quieting the voices in your mind, you can listen to your body and notice patterns. You will learn to tune into your inner cues and what to take into consideration so that you can find that perfect lifestyle that is sustainable for you as an individual.
Additionally, as long as food serves the very important purpose of soothing or distracting a person from difficult emotions, it is almost impossible to eat in the way that we want. In this course you will resolve issues that cause distress as well as learn to flow with everyday stressors. Once your emotions are neutralized, food will no longer be needed to help you deal with distress. It will then be much easier to eat in a balanced way by making decisions from a neutral place.
This program is not a diet. For years, society has glorified quick-fix diets, and more recently, people have come to realize that they don’t work as a long-term solution. Diets backfire very often as “bad” foods become irresistible and deprivation leads to desperation. The diet eventually ends with failure and leaves the dieter feeling guilty and disempowered, making success seem even more impossible. Additionally, most people who struggle with weight have triggers and beliefs that no diet can heal. And while diets work only when motivation is high, healing underlying issues brings permanent results. Then, when food is no longer the enemy, and eating is no longer a struggle since it is no longer so emotionally laden — that’s when weight loss can follow.
You probably will, but that is not the sole focus of the program. Drastic changes must be made to lose weight quickly, and drastic changes do not last. Here we will find a balance that works for your lifestyle and leaves you physically and emotionally content while keeping your goal in mind. This balance will help you reach your goal while enjoying food in a healthy way. We will also identify the issues that are holding success back from you and resolve them one at a time. Once this balance is set up and blockages are removed, weight loss will follow.
